Our Learning Journey

Thank you all for all of your input into our staff PLD on collaborative teaching! What a great journey we have had together so far, with many pit moments and small bites of a very big elephant! Although we have no more whole staff PLD sessions this term on collaborative teaching, the learning continues! Your team meetings will have a collaborative teaching focus, and as we start our planning for next year there will be new challenges seen and new goals to set!
I hope you found the time during these PLD sessions beneficial to provide an opportunity to chat and hear what other teams are doing, while also having time to work in your teams to develop new strategies and ideas to trial. The way you have all embraced the chaos is to be commended!
Our learning journey has been put up on the red wall, and will stay up there into next year. Please take the time to read the ideas in our 'concentric circles' - they are your ideas and they are awesome!
